Furbelows is a three bedroom apartment at Perch House, directly on the beach at Lancing. There is no road between you and the sea, just the pebbles, which is the whole point. The Perch cafe is on the ground floor and every flat has a fob for the gym. Named after furbelows, a seaweed that grows off this coast.
