Having 3 bedrooms and a lovely furnished terrace, this is a holiday home in Zelhem, immersed in tranquility. It is located at the edge of woods and makes a great stay for a family with children or a group of 6 friends. Zelhem is known as the green heart of the Achterhoek, where you can enjoy peace and space. You can take beautiful walks and cycling trips in the region. Other Hanseatic towns like Doesburg, Zutphen, or Deventer are also relatively close by. The holiday home has a large garden in which you can hear many birds chirping and start your day with a healthy breakfast. On the terrace, you can enjoy the view of the enormous garden and fully unwind with all the nature surrounding you. There is a barbecue to enjoy your evenings with smoked meals. Indoors, the sitting area by the wood-burning stove is a cozy place for a hangout. The kitchen is well equipped to prepare meals of your choice. A children's bed and a high chair are available. A spacious renovated farm offering room for 12 to 16 people in total. The Een zeer ruime modern verbouwde boerderij die plaats biedt aan 12 tot 16 personen in totaal. The floors are rented seperately and each have room for 6 to 8 guests. The farm is fitted with all the amenities for a pleasant and luxurious stay. The farm was completely renovated in 2016. In the countryside of Gendt, near the floodplains of the Waal, lies our lovely house and spacious garden. Centrally located between Arnhem and Nijmegen. Spread throughout the orchard of approx. 5000m2 are various picnic benches. Here you can enjoy the absolute peace and sounds of nature. The sheep and chickens roam around in their own meadow (fresh eggs every day) and all around you you see and hear birds. The house offers 250m2 of living space and is equipped with all conveniences.
