Clark Cottage

Welcome to Clark cottage, a converted 1901 Woodworker’s Cottage that once sat on the edge of the Brooklin golf course. Today, the woods have grown up around our secluded two bedroom, which is located within walking distance to all the quaint coastal town attractions: Public playground, tennis court, Public Library, Brooklin Keeping Society, Brooklin General Store, local gift shop, Center Harbor, Brooklin Boat Yard, and the newly renovated & very hip pub and restaurant at the Brooklin Inn.

Oddfellows Hall-Second Floor

Once home to the Order of the Odfellows in the late 1800's this recently renovated luxurious loft apartment over looks Center Harbor in the quaint town of Brooklin. Located along the beautiful coast of Maine in the small village of Brooklin, the house has a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, bedroom with full-size bed, and full bathroom all on the first floor. Within a short walk are the Brooklin General Store, Friend Memorial Library, Town Office, Brooklin Historical Museum and Keeping Society, WoodenBoat School and Store, Brooklin Village Inn and Pub, a handful of shops and places to eat, and numerous boatyards.

A tiny guest house (450 sq ft) overlooking the Benjamin River. AC!!. Enjoy a cup of coffee on your private porch. Living area has a smart tv (no cable, but internet available to access your streaming account). DVD's also available. Kitchenette comes with Keurig with k-cups included, mini fridge, coffee maker/filters, toaster oven, microwave, 2 burner hot plate (no oven), dishes/pots and pans. There is a loft with an army cot. Not suitable for children under age 5.
