Lower Level Studio space located on an acre of land with a shared private entrance with narrow steps down to enter space and a private locked entrance to the apartment. This listing is part of a private home and we live upstairs. Please be respectful as we are happy to share our home with you. Although the listing says 3 guests it would be more suitable for a family of 3 than 3 adults. Only one parking space is provided. Options to book a relaxing private yoga, sound healing or reiki session:)

No parking fee, as this location comes with a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars! We’re a 25 min drive from most Philly social hubs, and 15 mins from Philly international airport. Early check-in/ late check-out, available upon request. It’s 25$ for 1 hour, and $20 per hour for anything more.
