Hello Again-- I'm Back! As a previous Superhost I was closed for updating our farmhouse to bring it up to date, even more comfortable & inviting to guests! We are very conveniently located to Rt 81 & to Rt 88 for travelers. Immersed in nature yet close (5 min. drive) to grocery store & restaurants. It has been recently updated with new kitchen, flooring, appliances, and more. You will enjoy looking out the windows at beautiful trees & fields, or taking a walk in the woods out back.

Enjoy your stay at my country home close to Binghamton, NY. I welcome you to a cheerful, light filled living space, ample parking, room to roam, and a home made breakfast sensitive to food allergies. The second floor has two separate, private bedrooms. I have an additional room in a separate listing. Each room can accommodate two guests. There is a full bathroom for guests steps away from the bedrooms. I live on the first floor with a Maine Coon cat.

Sunflower Suite at Seymour Station

This is 1 of 2 units in our B&B, located on the second floor of a converted carriage house/barn adjacent to our family's home. The unit has two bedrooms plus a bed in a common area. The bathroom has a shower stall, but no tub. There is a kitchenette available with a mini refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee maker, hot water kettle, and dishes. The Valley View Inn - Dinah Shore Suite

The Dinah Shore Suite at the Valley View Inn is located in the Carriage House which sits about 75 yards behind the Main House. There are 2 units in the building. The Dinah Shore features a separate living space and kitchenette in addition to a private bedroom and bath. The sofa pulls out to a double bed. Guests can sit on the deck and enjoy a beautiful view of the pond and Endwell Greens golf course.

Bainbridge House Bed & Breakfast-Mrs. White Room

Downstairs off the Parlor Mrs. White sits in the back of the house furnished with a Queen size sleigh bed topped with a thick comfy mattress and it's 10 foot high ceiling will set you back in time.
