Sandalwood House is a large classically styled house with lovely high ceilings and beautiful recently refurbished wooden floors. There are 5 bedrooms, 1 with its own ensuite and all beds are fitted with electric blankets. It has a large kitchen/eating area and a separate dining room with a character table that seats 10. Generous parking available and also a covered garage. Walking distance to the town and amenities including the Library/ Art Gallery, Premier Mill Hotel/Dome and the Rec Centre.

Views are spectacular from the top, south to Albany and North to The Sterling Ranges. Built in the early 1900's, Yardup Cottage has been lovingly restored and offers private farm accommodation with stunning views of the Stirling Ranges which are only 15 minutes away. The cottage is not suitable for children or pets due it’s age & delicate nature. The spectacular South Coast, Porongurup Range & Bremer Bay Canyon are all in close proximity making Yardup Cottage the perfect base to explore the area. Albany is a scenic one hour drive.
