Close to Culver Academies (18 min/10 mi), Lake Maxinkuckee (13 min/7.4 mi), Lake Manitou (27 min/16 mi), and the historic Tippecanoe River (5 min/3.5 mi to Germany Bridge or 5 min/1.6 mi to Aubbeenaubbee Landing in Leiters Ford). We keep our prices low for 2 people, so please note that while we have space for up to 6 guests, each additional guest will incur small additional charges.

2 bedroom 2 bathroom cottage that is located on Hoffman Lake Channel. The Channel House is great for fishing right out of the back door. Conveniently located a drive from Warsaw, IN and several smaller towns. Bring nothing to this fully furnished cottage except your clothes and plan for fun. On site drive way parking, laundry, garage with pool table, darts, & air hockey. Several activities inside and out. Fire pit, outdoor seating and lounge chairs. The Upper Room

Enjoy a peaceful stay in the country, above the garage in our guest suite surrounded by fields of corn and soybeans. Décor of vintage airplanes and air travel fill the guest room.. Awaken to the sounds of abundant birds singing. In the evening, you can relax around the firepit. The suite was finished with repurposed barnboards, tin siding, and the old workbench was transformed to a bar countertop. An enclosed breezeway connects to the main house where the owners reside.

A weekend getaway, or maybe a little longer stay, this location offers the perfect escape for rejuvenation. Enjoy a bonfire to warm up an evening gathering, while sipping on some hot cocoa. If fishing is on your list of favorite activities, our cove allows for a great catch!

The Oak Tree Lodge is located in a country setting and offers a private lodge with an outdoor area for relaxing and entertaining. The former barn structure has been beautifully transformed in a rustic and comfortable lodge to rest, relax, and renew. We have renewed it into a fresh new life - as a lodge to invite friends and guests to enjoy and relax. The listed rate is for four people, and additional quests will be $25.00 per person.

Enjoy the view of the Tippecanoe River when you stay at our Riverhouse! The backyard has access directly to the river, where you can sit around the firepit and watch the water go by as you relax with your family and friends. This house is located in the country- a few neighbors nearby, a quiet setting, and you may encounter some wildlife. Please be aware you are not in a big city, some resources will be limited.
