The Garden House near TAMU

Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Quirky, unique one-bedroom loft has a style all its own...a style you will love. The second-floor bedroom is a cozy loft (see pics). The apartment includes two living areas with 58" TVs with streaming capabilities, reserved parking, and is a short walk to the Texas A&M campus and all the shopping/restaurants at Northgate. Staying on this side of campus also gives guests great access to Bryan-very centrally located. Guests 3 and 4 sleep on the fold out queen sofa in the downstairs living area

Get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and relax on the old family farm. The little pampered mobile home is not fancy but it's oh so peaceful and relaxing to sit by the pond or just relax on the big deck and view the hundred year old farmstead. Drive past the host's house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

This two bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is located in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes away from Texas A&M. The stylish space includes 2 completely renovated bathrooms, fast wifi, a fully appointed kitchen, and a private outdoor space with a pergola and charcoal grill. The two private bedrooms feature brand new, comfortable mattresses and bedding, and one bedroom includes a desk for remote work. This is a 2 bed/1 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Baby crib and high chair available upon request. Guests can enjoy the fenced patio and backyard with BBQ grill for any celebrations!; walking distance to Southwood Athletic park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate.

A&M & Kyle Field 12 min and 20 min Santa's Wonderland. Horse riding lessons available. On 10 acres, Trees, pond. Private guest house with great room, pool table, pool with slide, CHILD PROOF Doors, covered patio, large TV inside & outside. Big kitchen granite island separate bedroom w/king bed and 4 bunk beds in the great room. Sleeps 6 people or 7 if you bring blowup mattress. Large fire pit and gas grill. Fireworks allowed. Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.
