The Garden House near TAMU

Welcome! This Aggieland home is affectionately called “The Garden House,” and we are delighted to share it with you! This warm & welcoming space is freshly renovated and ready to host guests traveling to College Station/Bryan! It is conveniently located 1.5 miles from TAMU - Kyle Field and a close drive to other popular spots in town, including grocery stores and restaurants. Pets are allowed. However, please ensure they are accounted for in your booking and all pet rules are strictly abided by.

Drive past the host's house about 1500' down a maintained gravel road and you're there! You'll have your own campfire site complete with firewood and stumps to sit on or enjoy the covered pier over the pond...it has a fan to keep it breezy!

Garden Suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.

Howdy! Welcome to "The Other Cozzy Home in Aggieland" (Permit Number: STR2024-000055), located only a few minutes away from Texas A&M University. This is a 2 bed/1 bath duplex with plenty of room for your comfort stay and gathering. Guests can enjoy the fenced backyard for pre-game and after game celebrations!; walking distance to Southwood Athletic park, shopping, and restaurants, proximity to Northgate, downtown Bryan, and Lake Bryan.

Beautifully renovated home 10 mins (4.1 miles) from TAMU, right next to Blinn College, and 6 mins. (2.6 miles) from Historic Downtown Bryan.
