This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

Enjoy a private-entrance suite with abundant natural light in the quiet, residential Mac-Groveland neighborhood of St. Paul. This is the lower-level of my home, newly remodeled, with lots of space. You’ll have a large bedroom, a private bath, a private kitchenette, as well as a beautiful outdoor seating area! Suite is walking distance from Macalester College, and minutes from local universities, Xcel Center, Allianz Field, and downtown St. Paul. Off street parking.
