This renovated flat offers the great feel of a turn-of-the-century building, with a high ceiling, tall old doors, and new double-glazed windows, yet a modern layout with all 21st-century features built in. Cool design LOFT in the City!

We designed this LOFT with care! The apartment is located on the ground floor of the Gizella Mill building. It is around 80 sqm and it consists of a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Oh, and there is a very big (around 30 sqm) balcony too! The apartment was furnished with designer furniture, so it's overall quality is higher than the average AirBnB. Upon request, we can also provide you a parking spot in the underground garage. Enjoy a stylish experience right next to the Parliament. This apartment is located in one of the most beautiful buildings in Budapest. Walls covered with pink Zsolnay tiles, windows decorated with colorful glass, this building was carefully designed by Fodor Gyula in 1911. During the renovation of the apartment we carefully kept the building's spirit in mind and tried to stay true to it. We wanted something colorful, inviting and detail oriented.
