Willkommen in unserem Studio in Montinhos da Luz an Portugals schöner Südküste. Wir haben diesen Ort mit viel Liebe in einen Raum für 2 umgebaut. Der gemütliche, private Garten lässt euch die portugiesische Sonne oder ein heißes Bad unter den Sternen genießen. Zwischen Burgau und Luz gelegen, erreicht ihr in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 20 Minuten zu Fuß den malerischen Strand "Praia da Luz". Umgeben von fantastischen Stränden und großartigen Restaurants werdet ihr den perfekten Urlaub genießen.

Enjoy surf/yoga/hiking/birdwatching/beach-life on a modern standard, surrounded by the beautiful nature of the „Costa Vicentina national park“ and with beautiful view on Ingrina Beach (in about 1 km distance) The villa has been completely renovated and provides a high standard with modern kitchen, scandinavian-style living and two large bedrooms (double bed / 2 x single bed) on about 90 sqm. Good Wi-Fi is included. An extra bedroom upstairs (low ceiling) is available on demand, get in contact!

CASA FEE an der Westalgarve

Unser Ferienhaus CASA FEE verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC, einer voll ausgestatteten Küche (Geschirrspüler vorhanden), Flat–TV mit DVD Player, Doppelbett (1,60 m) sowie einem Einzelbett (1 m x 2 m) auf einer kleinen Empore. Ein weiteres, schmaleres Bett (0,8 m x 2 m) stünde für ein Kind zur Verfügung. Unser Häuschen liegt ganz ruhig am sonnigen Waldrand außerhalb des Dorfes Pedralva ( fußläufig gibt es ein sehr leckerers Restaurant, eine Pizzeria, ein Cafe mit abendlichem Barbetrieb).

A "Casa da Parreira", integrada no Monte da Luz, é uma verdadeira casa de família, cheia de pormenores encantadores, a 5 minutos da praia, mas rodeada de vegetação! A casa conta com duas suites, sala de estar, cozinha com sala de refeições, alpendre com vista mar e pátio privativo. Os hóspedes podem usufruir das zonas comuns com: ping pong, chill out, zona para refeições, piscina com espreguiçadeiras confortáveis, zonas de sombra, relvados e jardins por toda a propriedade. Casa com dois pisos . No Rés do chão, existe a sala de estar , a cozinha , uma casa de banho com duche e um terraço exterior com mesa e cadeiras . No primeiro piso , temos dois quartos de dormir de casal , um com varanda para a Rua e outro com vista para o mar e aldeia e outra casa de banho também com duche. A casa fica situada numa Rua com um sentido único a subir , por isso tem total acesso com carro até a casa . Não tem estacionamento privado , mas existe um grátis a 200 metros da casa .

Por fim temos o segundo andar com outro quarto de casal, mais uma cozinha completa, um WC com duche e uma pequena varanda com mesa e cadeiras com vista directa e privilegiada da praia.
