Penmarestee Cottage is a beautifully presented annexe situated on the outskirts of the picturesque Cornish harbour town of Falmouth. The accommodation offers an ideal hub from which to explore Falmouth and the surrounding areas, having your car with you would be helpful for your travelling, there is the use of a private driveway, or a bus stop is nearby. If your not driving you would be within 35 minutes easy walk of Falmouth town centre, as well as several local beaches and coastal walks.

The Annexe is a 2 storey airy property. Ground floor own entrance, separate kitchen, lounge/dining area with french doors onto private patio with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast, dinner etc. Downstairs toilet, also a seating area to front courtyard. Stairs leading to first floor with King size bed overlooks garden, and off to landing is a large walk in shower room with toilet and basin. The studio style hut is rustic, rural, quiet, with far-reaching views of fields and woodland. 2 miles from central Falmouth, but a world away in every other sense. The bathroom is just behind the studio, accessed separately, with a compost loo, large shower, and simple washing facilities. In the studio, a wood-burner with endless free supplies of wood is ready to make a chilly day warm and cosy. And a small kitchenette for basic cooking is handy with a large farmhouse table and chairs.

Falmouth golf course is only a short walk away. The university’s are a 5 min drive away. The Hay Loft sleeps up to 5, has an enclosed gated garden, parking for 2 cars The property has a wood burner and small dogs are welcome

My property is in the quiet and charming village of Budock Water . Ten minutes drive into Falmouth Town centre, and to swimmimg beaches. The property is a semi detached set in a residential area, in a quiet location, with a small private sunny garden. The house is a 1940s semi detached property,by no means perfect,but has character, comfortable & private. I sometimes live in the cabin detached from the house to the back, private from the house, no access to guests.

The annexe is a very spacious room and tastefully furnished, which includes a super king size bed, and en- suite shower room.The annexe has its own private courtyard and off the road parking. We are within easy reach for Falmouth’s shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, and beaches, which are about 20 minutes walk. The only cooking facilities that we have is a microwave, toaster, small fridge, and tea making facilities.
