Pleasant Valley Farm Dairy Barn writer's retreat

Dairy Barn circa 1950 nestled next to a pond on 680-acre Pleasant Valley Farm. The "Dairy Barn" was fully functioning until the 1980s. Although completely renovated, the original ceramic tiles remain in what was the milking bay, now a cozy den. This private, gated home is located only a few miles off of I-40, 10 minutes from downtown Dickson, and 45 minutes from downtown Nashville.
