Beautiful guest house, located steps away from the main house but hidden from public. Drive up the driveway where the cabin is tucked away in our manicure backyard. Spacious fenced in yard where your fur babies can run free. Enjoy the large pergola with comfy seating for nighttime relaxation or dining. The house offers a living room, kitchenette, spacious bathroom. The second floor is a large loft with a dividing wall separating the two sleeping areas. There are 13 steps to the second floor.

This peaceful lakeside cottage is ready to be your next family getaway! Full of natural light, stained original wood ceilings, and loaded with plush modern amenities, this is the perfect home for the wife, the kids, and anyone who is an avid lake goer. Bring your boat and spend time enjoying the open waters of Kerr Lake, taking an easy walk down our lakeside path to the dock, playing in the game room, or sitting by the fire pit as the sun sets in the evening. The sunlit cottage is perfect place to enjoy the largest lake in Virginia, exploring nearby state parks, the quaint town of Clarksville, or nearby breweries/wineries. The cottage offers an open view of the lake and use of a dock (150 yds from house) for fishing, swiming, docking watercraft or watching the sunset. A great retreat for a small family of 4 or 2 couples. Please indicate the number of guests; parties over 4 must be pre-approved. Reservation must be by an adult (age 21+).

Architectural and gardening interests flourish here. Come explore the large koi pond, two acre garden, and the additional two antebellum houses that reside on property. This home is unique in that it can host a family with 5 bedrooms; 3 are King Suites. Small parties are possible for an additional fee.
