Blocks to White River: pull thru parking & grill

This spacious fisherman's retreat is just blocks from Cotter Springs, Big Springs Park ramp on the White River, and great eateries in Cotter. Perfect for friends, couples, or a large family - this home has a full kitchen, back yard w/ an entertaining deck, fire pit, gas grill, a smart tv with cable, high-speed internet, air conditioner and comfy beds. Bringing the boat is no problem with a covered, pull-through carport with parking for at least 5 vehicles & alley access for an easy pull-through.

Timberlake Cottages

These two cottages are rented as one combined unit, connected by a breezeway with convenient keypad locks. The cottages sit on three acres consisting of a large playing field and walking trail in the woods. Both cottages offer hardwood & tile floors, vaulted ceilings, and custom cabinets with quartz countertops. Each cottage sleeps up to 6 people. The cottages each have a Smart TV with WiFi. Located just 1.5 miles from a grocery store, pizza place, pharmacy, Dollar General and Ace Hardware.

Sunset cottage is lakefront and lake view. Enjoy the water just a few steps away, or while sitting on your own personal deck. Hot tub with lake view on your deck. This is one of our two our modern-rustic, guest cottages, next to our home. If you need two cottages, check out water’s edge cottage. Cottage is one minute to Cricket Creek marina/State park, 10 minutes to Big Cedar Lodge/Top of the Rock, and 20 minutes to Branson amenities. 15 miles to world class golfing. Some venues seasonal.

Harve Pruitt Stone Cottage on the Little Buffalo

This 1930’s “Giraffe” stone cottage was built by my great grandfather, and the 120 acre property has been passed from him to my grandmother and now to my mom. Recently freshened up with new pillows, towels and added cozy decor. Situated where Spider Branch Creek meets the Little Buffalo River, enjoy your peaceful getaway in the beautiful Ozark Mountains overlooking farm pastures. Close to all the action of Buffalo National River: hiking, canoeing climbing and all the adventurer that offers!

Kayak Cottage (Free Kayaks & fire pit)

Completely renovated A-frame cottage has the feel of lake life but with modern flair. Boat ramp access, a short walk to the water's edge and a 2 minute trip to the Black Oak Amphitheater, this A-frame is a dream. Perfect for a fishing trip or just a lake getaway! Boat parking available. A relaxing covered back patio area with a propane firepit sitting to finish the day. Kayaks are included for use during your stay. Pet friendly and close to Silver Dollar City and Dogwood Canyon.

Welcome to Water's Edge Cottage! Our recently renovated cozy cottage on Indian Point is ready for your relaxing trip to the Lake. Our home backs up to Table Rock (literally steps away!), is walking distance to Indian Point Marina, and is an easy 5-min drive to Silver Dollar City! New flooring, paint, lights, appliances, furniture, décor, TV, etc. Newly renovated and ready for you! Enjoy being close to everything, yet tucked away on a private lot right at the edge of the water. Welcome!

Designer 8 Bed/8.5 Bath Lodge W/Lakeview Sleeps 25

Crowne View Lodge built summer of 2020 is located a minute from SDC. This is a dedicated vacation rental area. This resort style offers our guests lots of free amenities like indoor/outdoor pools, a hot tub, gym, grills etc. Our Lodge has 6 kings, 4 queens, and 4 sofa sleepers. All the bedrooms have their own bathrooms & TV. There are 2 levels in the house. Both levels have 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a living area, kitchen, dinning area, fireplace and a back deck with an AMAZING LAKE VIEW!

Early check-in and late check-out are offered for a fee. The fee for an early check-in is $15. The fee for a late check-out is $15. For both the total is $30. A private cottage situated on 22 acres. Perfect retreat for a getaway, bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and king bed. High-speed internet at over 100mbps! This is a farm setting with animals and a beautiful view of the Ozarks. The acreage adjoins Old Wire Conservation Area, an 800 acre Missouri Conservation area with hiking trails.

Cozy Cottage is just 10 minutes from Branson's famous strip, Silver Dollar City, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Sunset Hills Cottages.
