Mawheraiti Cottage a secluded hideaway!

Mawheraiti is more than just accommodation it’s a destination. Mawheraiti is a 1400 hectare working farm with native forests/bush and private fishing holes. The farm backs on to the Paparoa National Park so the views are always amazing. 15 minutes up the road is the quant town of Reefton with outstanding mountain bike tracks catering for every level and Little Biddy Gin distillery for those who aren’t as active. 5 minutes up the road is one of a few gold prospecting areas you can pan for gold.

Laguna Cottage - Sunny Mokihinui lagoon & river

This Funky South Island Cottage has a large sunny colourful private garden & 2 large decks. The lagoon nearby has safe swimming, the water is gin clear. The Lagoon is suitable for kayaks, & pboards. Its a short walk to the Tasman Sea Beach from which to view magical sunsets or storms. The Ghost Trail Cycleway and tramping track comes out 8km away & Heaphy 1hr20 away. The Pub is nearby.The cottage has had a recent upgrade with large electric oven and gas hob,newish bathroom.Rinnai gas hot water

Peaceful, sunny family bach in the centre of Reefton overlooking the park and only one minute stroll to the cafes, shops and art galleries. Bring the kids skateboards, scooters and bikes and they'll love being right next to the skate park. (You can call them home from the kitchen window!). The river and a great swimming hole is just across the field. Get away and enjoy peace, books, games and art - no TV and bliss out. It's the house with the banana trees! Park outside the house.

Okari Cottage

Sunny private retreat with stunning coastal views . Look out to the waves from your bed with a deserted beach at the end of the driveway. Explore the local area beaches, surfing , river, seal colony and the Cape Foulwind walkway all within 2km . Good cell phone reception and wireless internet. The Cottage is very private, brand new and 50m from the main house. Full kitchen facilities with dishwasher and deck with BBQ and outside fire brazier. Smart TV with Netflix for lazy days.

The crown jewel of our property is the truly stunning garden setting surrounded by ancient Nikau palms and giant Southern Rata, wildlife and native bush backing onto the Paparoa national park and mount Titohi.

Charlies Farm Cottage is a comfortable well equipped home centrally located on the West Coast. The cottage sleeps 10 so a great place to meet up with family and friends. Discover and explore the outdoors and the history of the Coast. A great base if you are walking or biking the Paparoa Great Walk. Come and enjoy the rural setting with access to the river for swimming, fishing, hunting and gold panning.
