A remote, private garden retreat complete with Labyrinth and off-grid hot tub. This self-contained little house for 2 was once a Honey house. Ruru Nest Property is next to a river and farmland, just a few minutes outside of the village of Karamea with its cafes and pubs. Local food, nature connection walks, yoga and massage available as extras to complete your stay.

All Welcome😊 Enjoy a night or two on the beautiful Westcoast. Our little tiny house offers a unique and coastal experience in Westport. Over the summer, we have our retro pop top that sleeps and extra 2 people. During winter we can accommodate 5 in total utilising an extra private room. Our little room has quality bedding, 1 queen, and 1 single, sleeps 3. Brand new private bathroom. Enjoy an outdoor fire overlooking the garden and paddocks. we have a bbq for use and coffee and tea.

Built by two brothers in 1924 and lovingly restored by the present owners, this bach boasts charisma and character. Located on a private section, sheltering right behind the sea wall and within minutes of the amazing Pancake rocks and the stunning Paparoa National Park, this bach enjoys a truly ideal location. An abundance of activities such as kayaking, surfing, mountain biking, walking, swimming and stand up paddle boarding await only a few minutes walk away.

PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION AND "HOUSE RULES" THOROUGHLY BEFORE REQUESTING A RESERVATION. A two storey 'woodsy' beachfront home on an elevated site from which views of the Coast, Nikau and Rata forest can be enjoyed in the open plan living/kitchen area. The balcony puts you right amongst the natural scenery as does the courtyard with its open fire place for outdoor leisure.. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families.

Sun Trap

5 mins walk to town. New carpet and upmarket bathroom. Separate toilet. Still some cosmetic painting to be completed but totally comfortable as is. Great safe and fenced sunny backyard. Woodburner with firewood. There is a playhouse currently used as a woodshed which is off limits for little ones due to safety issues. Pets by arrangement - please check first. Minimum 4 night book 24 December till early January, otherwise minimum 2 night book.

Bach 51 jostles for position with nikau palms just beyond the high tide.
