Large and comfortable living room with smart TV, fast internet, and a dining table with chairs as well as a balcony with seating area overlooking the Kotor Bay. Fully-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, dishwasher, multi functional microwave, hot plate, oven, toaster, juicer, kettle, coffee maker) available to you as well as all the other utensils you need, First bedroom with king bed and another bedroom with two separate beds that could be put together. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and washing machine. Apartment is equipped with air condition system for both cooling and heating. It is on the 3th floor of the residential building without elevator. There is parking 1 minute away at the owner property or right in front of the apartment building. Waterfront restaurants, charming cafes, and shops are a short walk away. Nearest beach just 100 meters from the apartment. With all of this around, you might just decide to enjoy spectacular sea views from the balcony over a glass of wine. 10-20 minutes by taxi from the airport, 5 min by taxi to the bus station. Elen House is centrally-located place in the most famous street in the heart of Tirana. It’s on the 5th floor, located in Myslym Shyri Str. A short walking distance from the center of Tirana. There are bars and restaurants just 20-30 meters and a big supermarket just 10 meters. The Lake of Tirana is just 10 min walk. The apartment is on the existing building new renovated. There's is no elevator but the stairs are smooth. It's 5 min walk from Skanderbeg Square and few minutes walk to Blloku area
