The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, spacious bedroom, modern bathroom and laundry, comfortable loungeroom and wrap around verandas to entertain on or while away a lazy afternoon. Leanne or Jeff will be available at any time to answer questions and make your stay an enjoyable one. In most cases greeting you on arrival Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. These include local hangout Belle General, The Surf Club by the water, and the coffee and food cart at Flat Rock. The Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is 10 minutes away so very accessible for fly in guests. Regular bus services to town, Byron Bay & Lennox with a bus stop only minutes away. Complimentary use of bikes is available to enjoy the numerous coastal bike & walking paths. A car is recommended to take full advantage of all the area has to offer. Walk just 2 minutes to reach pristine Shelly and Angel beaches, with many coffee and dining options also only a stone’s throw away. The cottage is located next to world-class coastal walking and bike tracks that showcase our magnificent coastline. The room is located directly under the main house and has its own access Currently not pet friendly as we have fostered a rescue puppy until it finds its forever home.

Firefly at Big Bluff Farm

Relax and rejuvinate at Big Bluff. Light pollution is making it harder for fireflies to attract mates. We have named our newest cabin Firefly after nature's luminous wonders which flit through the forest in spring. Firefly feels like a million miles away from daily existence, perched on a hill overlooking rolling farmland and forested gullies. Crane Cottage - a cute and private studio

The studio is located at the rear of the main house and faces away from it so is quiet and private. There is rear lane entry and covered parking for your vehicle. Amenities include: wifi; a kitchen with stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker; separate bathroom; tv and dvd player; air conditioning; and a ‘5 star’ king size bed (super comfy!). Basics such as teabags, coffee, milk, and sugar are provided. There is a SPAR supermarket, bottle shop, post office and laundromat 200 metres away.

Koala cottage delight

Tranquil rural cottage set next to coastal national park with plenty of native wildlife including wallabies, koalas and a chorus of birds led by the kookaburras each morning. Light and airy with lots of timber and character, the house is simply furnished with everything needed for a comfortable and relaxing retreat from busy lives, roads and city noise. A great base for exploring the lush northern rivers hinterland and stunning beaches or just a place to rest on a long road trip.

Tallows Cabin

Set in your own private yard amongst gum trees and citrus, with a chicken coup around the corner, this one bedroom cottage feels like a home away from home. With more amenities than a hotel, like portable induction cooktops, microwave oven, washing machine and real ground coffee our place can be your home while on holidays or passing through. Situated up a dirt road, amongst koala trees and on the river, in the small community of Rileys Hill, close to Evans Head.

Seahorse Cottage is situated in a quiet part of town, close to river and a short walk to shops. The guest house is a spacious building which opens out onto a modern deck with BBQ and garden. This property has internal stairs with two large, comfortable bedrooms situated upstairs. The bedrooms have been recently airconditioned for your comfort in humid or very cold weather. The downstairs living area is airconditioned.

Located in a quiet court, walking distance to supermarket, shops and Club Iluka (bowling club). Its just a 5 minute walk to the beautiful bay and playground. Quiet secluded beaches are just a 5 minute drive away, where sometimes you can be the only one on the beach!

This recently renovated 1 bedroom studio unit is right across the road from the beach in the beautiful beachside town of Evans Head. Set in the quiet area of Airforce Beach, you can wake to the sounds of the ocean, take a stroll across the road for a swim, or throw a line in for a fish. Sit outside in the afternoon and take in the sounds of the ocean whilst having a drink, the perfect way to end the day.
