A large kitchen/living area. Plenty of parking & close to boat launches, fuel,etc.There is plenty of outdoor space as well on this quite strip of land that the camp stands alone on. You will see the Empire State Building as you come across the Hwy 23 Empire Bridge. About 1 hour drive South of New Orleans. NOT in Grand Isle

Anything else, this is not your place. It is about 15 minutes from Venice Marina. THIS IS A SMOKE FREE RENTAL AND PLEASE RESPECT THIS RULE FOR OUR PLACE. There is a grocery store called Friedmins on the way & hardware/tackle store. Dollar General and Family Dollar not far from where you are.
