Once the site of water powered Grist mill in 1875.The falls are easily viewed from the 1893 Iron Truss bridge or hike down to the water. Quiet country stay on 10 acres, with 300+ acres of farmland behind. Located near the lost community of Bodarc (Bois'd arc on the map), the house was constructed from the Bradford mill that once was located next to the steel bridge. The house has been in our family for 3 generations. It was built in the early 1900’s. It does have quite a few modern amenities, but is still an older farm house.
