My place is a 10 minute walk to the center of Sunny beach and 15 minutes walk to the beach. The biggest and cheapest supermarket in Sunny beach is just next to my place. My place is located in a quiet area away from the nightlife noise, but within a short walking distance. You’ll love my place because of the outdoors space, the ambiance, the location, the staff, the atmosphere, the service. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.k

Convenient, Central Seaside Location!

Cozy, family-oriented place, mainly used from my friends. Whenever it's available, I let this, very personal, project to my future friends. I have made this place for my comfort. It's all natural, with environmentally-friendly materials and a 'safe guard' electricity auto protection. It is the only apartment on the 4th floor, no elevator! In winter you can seen Black Sea through the Sea Garden from the window. 5 min walk to the beach and so to the main street.
