Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A new custom-built cottage with Air Conditioning, Oak furniture, a new Oak bed and kitchen, and a great bathroom. We finished building in June 2022, so be one of the first to enjoy it. It is an EPC A-rated eco-build. In a secluded orchard accessible by a country lane with minimal passing traffic, a tranquil, peaceful location. Stylish city centre 1 bed apartment

Stylish one bedroom ground floor apartment with well equipped kitchen living space in a city centre location. One allocated parking space available. The apartment is a short walk from The University of Lincoln (0.4 miles) and the Brayford Pool area (0.3 miles) with restaurants and shops with the main High St shops being another couple of minutes stroll away. The train station (0.7 miles) and the historic Lincoln Cathedral and Lincoln Castle (0.9 mile). Sainsburys local across the road.

The Stable

Lovely, converted stable block in a very quiet village near to Grantham and just 25 mins from Stamford. Local pub doing good food. The Stable is a completely self-contained annexe accommodation , with fully fitted kitchen, 4 poster bed and small lounge area. Own front door and off road parking outside. The Stable is for 2 people but there is a small sofa bed in the lounge. Note that small surcharge is payable, if sofa bed is required for a 2 person booking (for example for a child)
