Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Tüßling ist bekannt für seine Konzerte und den Gartentagen im Sommer, sowie dem Christkindlmarkt. Eine Bushaltestelle und ein Bahnhof sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar
