Layover Lounge - MCM charmer

Welcome home! Well to our old home;) We loved living here during a recent renovation and are so excited to welcome guests to our newest listing! 10 min to the airport, 20 to Seattle, 30 to Tacoma it’s a great location for every destination! It’s the very spacious upper unit of this home with a smaller AirBnB downstairs. With two units atop one another we put special insulation and drywall in but peaceful cohabitation is a must :). Aside from outdoor space, the 2 units are completely separate.

The Garden House - Less than 10 min to airport!

The Garden House is only 15-20 min drive to downtown Seattle and a 10 min drive from the airport. Plus a short 5 minute drive from a gorgeous NW beach! It comfortably accommodates a family of four with a top of the line, luxury king size bed in the bedroom and pull out queen day bed in the living area. This is a fully functioning private home with kitchen & laundry! Sip your coffee as you watch the chickens and bunnies frolic in the yard space. Plenty of parking available. Great for families!

Two giant walnut trees shelter you as you round the curving path to your door. Flowers, the gentle sound of a fountain, dappled sunlight and rolling green lawn and a campfire circle greet you. Level entry, free parking, and just 5.1 miles to Airport! Upon arrival, you will find the door open for you and some ambient lighting on and the keys just on the entry shelf. Ready to go for tonight! Super clean per CDC guidelines between stays. Our AIRBNB has it all! A private entrance, lots of goodies, fast Wifi, a comfy Queen size bed (and a sofa bed or aerobed if needed), 7 minutes to SEATAC airport and 20 minutes to Downtown. Beautiful Japanese Gardens and courtyard. Perfect for a staycation, as a work-from-home alternative, extended visits or overnights away from the kids! Plenty of parking! Electronic locks perfect for late night check-in's too.
