It’s a two-minute walk to the Mid-Burke Express chairlift and the Burke Mountain resort hotel, restaurants, pool, hot tub, and gym. Just downhill from the patio (with a view) is the Roly Grail mountain bike trail, which is part of the world-renowned Kingdom Trails network. A perfect base camp for your mountain activities.

Relax and unwind at this charming country getaway. Located directly on the VAST trail. A short 20 minute drive to Kingdom Trails mountain biking and wonderful dining options in Burke. Shopping and restaurants right in Island Pond are 5 minutes away. Skiing at Burke Mountain is fantastic and only 18 miles away. Enjoy the goats and chickens on site as you take a break from the fast paced life. Handmade goats milk soaps, lotions and other products available on site as well as farm fresh eggs!

Our place is a Cozy, Clean, and new condo with lots of privacy and ski in/ ski out convenience. This property is excellent for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). Not a skier? Sit by the fire and enjoy our WiFi and Netflix or a good book.

Located ON Burke Mountain (direct access to Kingdom Trails and the bike park)! Completely renovated (2024) 1 bedroom on-mountain condo, on Roly Grail trail. Everything is brand new, including kitchen, floors, bathroom, tiled shower, appliances. This is a small lower level condo. One bedroom with a king bed. Living space has a pull-down queen Murphy bed. Fully equipped kitchen. Dishwasher, range, fridge, washer/dryer, grill, A/C. Suggested 2-3 guests. No pets please.

Trail Side Mtn Bike + Ski Condo w Amenities Access

Beautiful renovated ground level walk-out condo. Features 1 bedroom with 1 King OR 2 twin beds plus pull out couch, 2 baths, full mini kitchen (new pots and pans April 2025), located slope-side at Burke Mtn & on Kingdom Trails. Direct walking access to MidBurke Express Chairlift & Burke Hotel. Close to Burke Mountain Academy. There are magnificent views west to Willoughby Gap. Access to separate, heated, secure storage cage and barn with tuning bench for all gear.

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. There is some summer siding work going on, the crew is very good but be aware work commencing. Enjoy your stay!!
