Hilltop Guesthouse #2

Our 2nd guesthouse is a 2nd floor unit in a detached house. Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, VAST snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. The bathroom has an upright shower, and full linens and towels are provided. We invite you to come stay with us and spend time seeing what Northern Vermont has to offer.

The Grey Barn, a newly constructed custom home, offers the perfect base for all your outdoor adventures in the Northeast Kingdom. Ride your bike right off the property onto the extensive Kingdom Trails network. Burke Mountain base lodge is less than 5 minutes from the house offering easy access to the slopes in the winter and the downhill bike park in the summer. With stunning views of Burke Mountain, the Grey Barn is also the perfect spot to relax & enjoy the clouds rolling over the mountains.

This quaint camp is perfect for family gatherings and water play on pristine Parker Lake. Sleeps 6. A private beach and dock to use 2 kyaks . Fishing, swimming, and boating. Large deck giving a birds eye view of entire lake. Grill and patio furniture to enjoy glorious sunrises and sunsets. The camp is unique, clean and quaint. Fairbanks Retreat - Cozy 2 bedroom 2nd floor home

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located upstairs apartment. Walk to many restaurants, cafes and shops, as well as St. Johnsbury Academy, The Fairbanks Museum and Planetarium and the Athenaem. Sit outside and enjoy your coffee, meals or a cocktail on the spacious covered porch. Try some of our amazing local restaurants or cook in and share your meals at the large dining room table. Get comfy on the couches and watch a movie, play a game, do a puzzle, read a book or just relax.

Magical cabin with amazing views

100 year old , freshly renovated cabin that is in the middle of five 100 year old apple trees with incredible Mountain View’s. The cabin sits 100ft uphill from my 1842 brick farmhouse and is surrounded by apples trees, an ancient elm tree, fields and my berry patches. The huge deck has a dining table, lots of seating and and outdoor shower. Off the side of the deck are two claw foot bathtubs with hot and cold water for you to soak in. Note, tubs aren’t usable during the freezing months.

Mountain Condo.

Our condo sports everything you will need for your stay. We have one bedroom with a queen bed, and two twin pull out couch beds in the living area. Full kitchen, laundry, dining area, porch with dining table and chairs, and an electric BBQ grill. Condo has direct Kingdom trail access on site, bike storage is ok inside or on porch. There is some summer siding work going on, the crew is very good but be aware work commencing. Enjoy your stay!!

Lazy Bear Cabin Located on E. Darling Hill Road!

Located on East Darling Hill Road, this beautifully renovated & remodeled cabin, is spacious and secluded offering 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, fieldstone fireplace, wrap deck, smoke & pet free. Direct access to Kingdom Trails and the VAST snowmobile network. Paired with our "Moose Tracks" cabin, this rental makes for the perfect location to host multiple family gatherings and retreats.

The Hikers Cabin in the woods is a sweet little cabin and a perfect place to come back and relax after a day of hiking and adventuring, complete with a studio style kitchen, loft, bathroom, front porch, and a large backyard. Located outside of town on a dirt road not far from Forest Lake.
