Centrally Located 1-Bedroom near Downtown FM

Our house is a gable-front stone and stucco house built in 1841 and a contributing structure to Fort Madison's Park-to-Park Residential Historic District. Both upstairs and downstairs apartments are newly renovated and feature beautiful hardwood floors, with the downstairs currently serving as a part-time home as we split time between FM and Boston. Our home is three blocks from the recently restored Santa Fe Depot, overlooks Fort Madison's Central Park. The min. stay length is 7 days.

This super cute one bdrm apt is located DT and is conveniently on the ground floor. (mobility friendly). This uniquely decorated space is off of the alley so you won't be bothered by the trains (although the depot is right across the road). You will also have a great view of the river while enjoying the beautiful court yard. The space boasts a historic Iowa State Penitentiary decor. Pictures, history and unique features will immerse you into one of the draws of SE Iowa.

Beautiful, light-filled apartment in a convenient downtown location. The main space is a large studio consisting of a dining area, living room and a bedroom. For families and groups traveling together, please note that the queen size bed is part of the open studio space but does have floor to ceiling curtains to create separation from the main room. Second floor two Bedroom apartment located on the Southwest corner of the West Point City Square. Great location close to local bars, bowling alley, restaurants and grocery store. Appartment has outside deck great for viewing the annual West Point Sweet Corn Festival the second weekend of August. This appartment has a spacious kitchen and living room.
