Located minutes from the Mississippi riverfront and Burlington's Historic Downtown, this beautiful old home is spacious and perfect for hosting small intimate gatherings with family and friends. A stay at this property offers its guest a homesteading experience that may include fresh eggs from our chickens, fresh fruit and veggies from our garden, and baked goods like my famous chocolate chip cookies, artisan style homemade breads and pastries. All dependent upon availability and time of year.

Appartment has outside deck great for viewing the annual West Point Sweet Corn Festival the second weekend of August. This appartment has a spacious kitchen and living room. Mosquito Park Condo

Have fun with the whole family at this stylish 1890 building. There's a park that overlooks the Mississippi. And for the musically inclined there is a piano. Play your heart out! And it's just a short walk downtown. Where there's lots of great restaurants and cool shops. Rates are set by AirBnB. I offer weekly and monthly stays discounts. If there are any more than two guests there will be an additional charge for the third to eighth guests.

Built in 1900 and renovated in 2022, Suite 2 shows little signs of the once quirky old space. Completely private, with all the amenities, it boasts a spacious bedroom, 1 bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room with a desk for workspace, and a laundry room. While you're here, we hope you are able to relax and enjoy the well lit deck along with a cup of freshly roasted coffee, which we are happy to have provided.
