The Orchard House Cozy home in quiet neighborhood

Welcome to The Orchard House! This is a charming 2 bed/1 bath Queen Anne-era home in safe and quiet neighborhood. We are located just 1 mi from the heart of Burlington’s historic riverfront downtown. You won’t have to go far to find dining and fun things to do, but our ample kitchen space and cozy living room also makes it easy to stay in and relax. Home has WiFi, 2 TVs with Roku sticks, and washer and dryer access downstairs. Dog-friendly (2 pet max). We look forward to your stay with us!

3 bedroom 2 story home Rock Solid Stay

This home is the perfect setting whether you’re here for business, sports, entertainment or to simply connect with family or friends. This lovely late 1800’s home is filled with original charm but has been spruced up to meet modern needs. It is located near the Mighty Mississippi and only a 3 minute drive to our beautiful downtown. Fun City Courts and the Rec Plex are just a quick 10 minutes away. At noon and 6:00 pm you will hear the charm of local church bells ringing if you are outside.

Sunset on the Sippi is your escape to the magic of nature. With sand beach access this cabin has The River View. The widest part of the Mississippi River provides a haven for migratory birds from bald eagles, to pelicans, to blue herons. The bungalow is located 4 miles from the Nauvoo Pageant stage and 7 miles from the historic Sante Fe double decker swingspan bridge. Watch the barges drift by on the wraparound porch. A beautiful bike ride to the Historic Nauvoo sites from the bungalow.

Home Away From Home

Re-connect with loved ones in this family-friendly house. It is located just .8 miles from the wedding/reception venue "The Barn at Fairview Acres". Sleeps up to 8 people and has an open area to gather in. We are happy to accommodate anyone whether you are with a wedding party, working or hunting in the area, or just in town to visit friends and family. If one house isn't enough, we also own the 2 bedroom "Cozy House" right next door.

Upper level duplex located near downtown Burlington. We are within walking distance from Dairy Queen and Jerry’s Main Lunch (our favorite breakfast!) Only 1.5 miles to downtown shopping, riverfront, entertainment and restaurants. Private balcony with river views, private laundry and pet waste stations. Set next to a large open lot for pets and outdoor activities.

Luxury 2 bedroom apartment. Renovated historic building with view of downtown, the Mississippi and the manor grounds. The downstairs apt will be available by May 5th. We have shared some upstairs photos. The layout will be very similar. Large master bedroom. Twin bunk bed room. Door to deck overlooking downtown.

The Little House started as a cabin in the early 1900’s. A refreshed cozy getaway in a great little river town. Restaurants, bars and river access are walkable or close drive. Plenty of room to park boat etc.
