It features a stone fireplace, fire pit, lounge sofas, & dining tables. This cabin is private with lush woodlands around it and endless leisures like floating down the river in the summer sun or having a snowball fight as the flakes fall in winter. No matter the season, this cabin is perfect for family & friends to gather to enjoy each other’s company!

Your private getaway up North! Full renovation throughout makes this a tranquil and relaxing, yet modern escape. Enjoy a warm bath in the jacuzzi tub, grab some coffee in the gorgeous custom kitchen with SS appliances, and cozy up to a movie in front of the electric fireplace! Two full bedrooms and baths for amazing privacy. Explore the local scenery by day and Sit around the bonfire by night! You won't find anything this peaceful without sacrificing the modern essentials. A small, shallow private lake (no fish or motorcraft) crystal clear water. A row boat is available. Several marked walking trails throughout the property. An ideal place for reflection and enjoying nature. You will be off the beaten path. Out of respect for those who are looking for a natural retreat with lots of wildlife: No Pets, Children, Smoking

The Cardinal Cabin

Our cozy cabin is located under tall pine trees on a beautiful, northern lake where loons and eagles frequent. Wood Lake is easily commutable - 80 miles from the Twin Cities. Swim and fish off the dock or pontoon during the day, and sit in front of the stone fireplace at night. The Cabin has been completely remodeled, with a modern kitchen and new furnishings. It is also equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi with access to many streaming services. The Cardinal Cabin is the perfect lakeside retreat!

Secluded Lake, Sauna, Game Room, Pontoon

Secluded Northwoods lake cabin on 4 acres near Hinckley. BREATHTAKING views. Excellent swimming & fishing. Amazing cedar sauna (added charge). Seasonal outdoor shower.
