We only ever have 1 booking at a time, no sharing with other families or individuals. We live on site and are happy to help, your accommodation is segregated and totally private. Manna Hill Farm Cottages - a slice of Heaven!

You will love the amazing uninterrupted view of Mt Roland from the cottage veranda - the view changes continuously reflecting different moods of the mountain depending on the time of day/night, the changing seasons and weather conditions - cloud, rainbows, sunrise or sunset, and at times, snow. The cottage is warm and cosy with a real flame gas fire to keep you toasty. This cottage has one king bed and one queen bed with natural fibre bedding and electric blankets.

Roses Garden Studio is a sophisticated and very private self-contained space. Tariff includes breakfast provisions and a well equipped sideboard kitchenette with fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. A 10 min walk to the CBD, beachside restaurants and foreshore BBQ area. A 7 min drive to the hospital and university campus. Well located for daytrips in the region.
