Sibley Loft - adorable one bed one bath with patio

The Sibley Loft is a charming one bed one bath apartment on the second floor of our family home. The structure was built in 1921 and retains some of the original features. The space includes a living room, bathroom with a clawfoot tub, a small office area, kitchen and a patio. Guests have their own private entrance and street parking. We are located in the Standish neighborhood which is close to many restaurants, shopping and more. The airport is a 20 minute drive and MN center is 15 minutes.

Mid Century Modern. Full remodel. This is a basement level mother in law apartment. It has a cheery bedroom with a king size bed, dressing table, dresser, closet. The Rumpus room has an electric fireplace, Roku TV, comfy chairs, sleeper sofa and a wall hung desk. There's board games, books, & puzzles. Bar top dining. The kitchen is well equipped. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.

Spacious and open concept house in a peaceful neighborhood makes it great for spending time with family. Just walking distance to the neighborhood park and basketball court. Earle Lake across the street has a beautiful walking/bike path that everyone can enjoy. 2.1 miles away from Buck Hill. Buck Hill has an awesome tubing hill for kids. This home is centrally located-20 minutes away from downtown/US Bank Stadium, only 18 minutes from MSP airport and Mall of America.

This private space includes a loft bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and living space. Just a 5 minute Uber Ride to the Light Rail or the airport.

Quiet family friendly south Minneapolis location with less than 10 min walk to light rail easily connected to downtown and the airport. High chair and pack and play available upon request.

Sparrow Suite on Grand


This 650 sq ft basement gem is tucked in a super walkable neighborhood. You’ll have your own entrance, ONE free parking spot out back. Above the suite is a private tattoo studio — you might hear a little light foot traffic during Monday to Friday (10 AM to 5 PM), but it’s delightfully quiet otherwise. Note for our taller friends: the ceilings are 6 feet 10 inches high, with a few cozy spots at 6 feet. (Dogs CAN NOT be left alone at Airbnb)
