Helmer Hideaway Cabin

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This one-bedroom cabin is located steps away from Big Manistique Lake. You can sit on the bench at the end of the dock and watch amazing sunsets. You can also sit back and relax next to the fire pit. There is 100 feet of private lakefront for you to enjoy. The cabin is located 4 miles from Curtis and 17 miles to Newberry. Close to many attractions and towns. Spend the day exploring local attractions or relax at the cabin and cool off in the lake.

Maple Leaf Cottage - a stay for all seasons

Less than 5 miles to Curtis... Perfectly nested in a beautiful country setting with pull in driveway with a large area for parking. Plenty of FREE firewood for the firepit for relaxing around a fire in the evening under the stars. Maple Leaf is centrally located 1 hour or less to U.P. attractions. South Manistique Lake which is 2 miles north of cottage. You can access the trails from the south of cottage 300 feet on a scenic trail in the woods about 2 miles turn left or right to find the trails.

Hideaway Tiny Cabin

If peace and quiet is what you’re looking for in a vacation spot you’ve come to the right place. Hideaway Tiny Cabin is 320 square feet of secluded lodging on our homestead of 8 acres. You’ll be surrounded by wildflowers and the sounds of nature while amenities are only a 5 minute car ride away. Enjoy a hot cup of coffee in the morning while enjoying the screened in porch attached to the cabin. There’s a fire pit right out front with firewood available on premise. Relax and destress.

Come stay at our lakefront Round Lake Cottage and enjoy the spectacular sunrise, clear sandy bottom, boating, fishing and swimming fun that lake life has to offer. Relax in the water, on the dock or kick back around the fire and tell your best stories. Located on the West side of North Manistique Lake aka “Round Lake” in the beautiful Upper Peninsula of Michigan. Spend the day at the lake or see sites like Tahquamenon Falls, Oswald’s Bear Ranch, Seney Wildlife Refuge and Pictured Rocks.

Bings Bearadise River Cabin

Relax and enjoy this peaceful cabin near the river. The cabin is located in a campground less than 3 miles from the Seney Wildlife Refuge, on the beautiful Manistique River. Bings sleeps up to 4 people. There is a full size bed. Insta bed, also a comfortable couch. Wi-fi, 40" Roku tv, fridge/freezer, micro, console table, mirror, picnic table, firepit, 4 camp chairs, Kuerig coffee and charcoal grill. We supply the clean linens and towels. Bathhouse is a short walk away.

North Lake Cottage

The cabin is located on a beautiful spring fed lake (North Manistique Lake) offering clear waters and sandy bottom; perfect for swimming, boating & fishing. The home comes with a large patio, grill and outdoor fire pit. The modernized cabin has huge floor to ceiling windows in the main room featuring the kitchen, living room and fire place. Two bedrooms, mud room, and bathroom are also included. The large 1.5acre yard offers plenty of space for parking & yard games.

The Studio at Sundown Lodge, spacious and quiet.

Located in the beautiful eastern upper peninsula of Michigan where four seasons of adventure await you. We are offering our newly remodeled studio apartment accessible thru the three car garage adjacent to our vacation home. Located in the heart of McMillan near the intersection of M-28 and County Rd 415. Just a few feet from some of the most accessible snowmobile/ORV trails located in the UP. Only minutes drive from restaurants/local grocery/gas/amenities.

The Lakeview Cottage

Lake front, walking distance to Hunt & Fish Shop, gas station, and food. Main floor has 2 bedrooms. Second floor loft 2 bedrooms. Total of 3-Twin, 2-Queen and one sofa bed. One twin and a queen are on the first floor. Please consider there are Very Narrow steps to 2nd level. Cottage isn’t childproof. Cottage isn’t suitable if guest has mobility challenges. Lake dock is shared. Tall side to get into the soaking depth bath tub/shower.

The Cabin

Our cabin is conveniently located directly across from the groomed snowmobile trail. Centrally located for easy access to Tahquamenon Falls, Pictured Rocks, the Soo Locks, and Oswald's Bear Ranch. Midway between Lakes Superior and Michigan with many inland lakes. New flooring and a full size fold out couch were added in the beginning of 2025. We can now accommodate 5-6 guests.
