The studio apartment(above main house) is a short walk to the beach (which is on the property.) Studio is fully furnished including linens, towels, hairdryer, pots, pans, etc. Coffee shops and restaurants within a mile, marinas are less than a mile to launch your boat. Fabulous views of the Bay, full kitchen, spacious bath and your own private back yard. There is a dock to fish from or sit and watch the sunrise and set. There is also a small beach. Dog friendly , sorry no cats.

Enjoy a getaway in this cozy 1 bedroom apartment attached to a classic 1940s Cape Cod home minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and Jamestown. You'll be within biking distance to many local attractions such as Williamsburg Winery, Jamestown Island, Jamestown Settlement, Jamestown Beach, and Billsburg Brewery. Welcome to your quiet retreat on Queens Creek, just minutes from the Chesapeake Bay. Your retreat is attached to the main house but is its own separate apartment with private entrance and patio. The 12 acre property is surrounded by water on three sides which can be viewed from every room. Enjoy pickleball, the putting green, kayaking, fishing and crabbing from the dock as well as exploring the trails through the pecan forest. You can also tie your boat to the dock.

King’s Creek offers the charm of a village with the enjoyment of up-scale vacationing. The Wyndham Kingsgate resort is less than a mile away from Historic Williamsburg and seven miles from Busch Gardens. The resort has a friendly staff that is available 24/7. The unit we have available for rent is a spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath lock off with a separate living and dining rooms, private balconies, washer/dryer and a full kitchen. . My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups.
