The city of Lecco is located 30km, 80km Milan, Como, 50km, 40km to the border with Switzerland, Menaggio, Bellagio, Varenna can be reached easily by ferry or hydrofoil. In winter, the ski resorts of the Valtellina (Madesimo, Bormio, Chiesa Valmalenco) are less than an hour's drive.

Im gemütlichen Chalet lässt es sich perfekt erholen vom Alltag. Braggio ist die Sonnenterrasse des Calancatals und nur mit der Seilbahn zu erreichen. In diesem ruhigen Dorf mit wenig Tourismus ist Ausspannen vom Alltag angesagt, zum Beispiel bei einem Spaziergang, einer Bergtour oder ganz gemütlich vor dem Schwedenofen. Das Chalet ist einfach eingerichtet und ist auch für Familien geeignet. Geheizt wird mit dem Schwedenofen, gekocht auf Glaskeramik. Warmwasser und Strom sind vorhanden.
