Each room has private entry & your own car park There is a bar fridge, microwave, kettle & toaster tea/coffee facilities, crockery & cutlery There are laundry facilities on site. Located on a quiet suburban street in Sunrise - a short 5 minute drive to Byron Bay. Absolutely brand new & quality built the studio has its own private entry with landscaped garden, outdoor shower & undercover patio. For a max 2 guests, the self contained studio space has a queen bed, kitchen (oven, cooktop & plenty of cupboard space), separate bathroom (with shower, toilet, vanity and laundry). Beautiful timber flooring, both ceiling fan and air-conditioning completes this lovely space.

Inspired by tiny homes all over the world, this 30m2 space has been architecturally designed to make you feel cosy and comfy at anytime of year. Enjoy a 30sec walk to the beach, local coffee or food, snuggle up in front of the fireplace or relax in the sauna. Suitable for a couple (sorry no kids) It’s a loft, so the bedroom area has ladder like steps and a low roof. But it all adds to the charm. Enjoy sitting in the tree tops and watching the world go by in our little beachside town.
