Cozy and gently renovated century-old house that used to be a school where historical charm meets modern amenities in Källa in northern Öland. Neighbor with ICA store and bus stop for Silverlinjen with daily departures to / from Stockholm. Located in the small community of Källa, about 7 km to the central town of Löttorp with a large range of services such as the form of restaurants, health center, swimming pool, library and shops. The accommodation is equipped with wifi throughout the house.

Här bor du i ett totalt lugn på landet bland öländska stenmurar och cykelavstånd till Sveriges finaste kuststräckor. Det är 1 km ner till havet. Byxelkrok är 4km bort där finns hamnen, resturanger och bodar öppet juni-sept. Från hamnen kan du åka till blå jungfru med båt / dagstur värt ett besök. På Östra sidan har du bödabuktens fina stränder och på Västra sidan har du närhet till Byrum där du kan se raukarna mensalvaret och ännu en vacker strand Byrum Sandvik. Explore the unique rock formations "Raukarna" to the south. Swimming, Hiking, biking, jogging all at your door step. Golf courses nearby. The beach house is located on a large property only 80 meters from the water and 20 meters from the main house (occasionally occupied). Pour a glass of wine, grab a chair and walk to the beach.

You can have dinner on the glass veranda with an outdoor feel or on the large terrace with barbecue. The large garden invites you to a football game with the whole family. Of course, you have parking space for several cars. The beach and the village with restaurants and shops are within 10 minutes' reach by bicycle.

Knappt 10 minuters bilfärd till Böda sand med vita sandstränder. Stugan är utrustad med modernt kök, öppen spis och stor altan med grillmöjligheter. Vi hyr ut en liten mysig stuga i Byxelkrok i sommar! Det är ett rum med en enkelsäng och en bäddsoffa. Litet kök med full utrustning, dock ingen microvågsugn. Det finns ett stort badrum med toalett och dusch samt utemöbler och grill på framsidan. Det är cirka 700m till hamn, strand, laddstation, affärer och restauranger. Det finns en stuga till på tomten.

The cottage is close to the beach and bicycle distance to Byxelkrok. Outdoor furniture in teak and barbecue on large plot. Newly renovated bathroom with soap. Small but functional kitchen in trinett model. My accommodation accommodates couples. The cottage is fresh and homely. Bring your own sheets and towels. Cleaning is not included.
