Situado en una de las zonas céntricas más cosmopolita y tradicional de la ciudad. A escasos metros se encuentra el mercado de abastos, donde poder degustar todo tipo de productos frescos del día. El apartamento es amplio , muy funcional, con una moderna decoración, una gran luminosidad con balcones y vistas a la calle. Terraza arriba del apartamento. Completamente equipado de todo tipo enseres necesarios para que te sientas como en tu casa. Muy bien situado en el centro histórico de Sevilla (está en la misma calle Feria). Junto a la Alameda de Hércules y el río Guadalquivir, la zona dispone de todo tipo de comercio, bares, restaurantes, parada de autobús, taxi y demás servicios.
