Zona muy tranquila y céntrica, a escasos 10 min. andando de la playa y a 3 min. de la zona de bares, restaurantes, tiendas..... con zonas de aparcamientos cercanas. Cocina totalmente equipada. Aire acondicionado y calefacción, wifi, etc. Es una primera planta y la terraza se encuentra en la parte superior. This 2nd-floor apartment is situated in a newly refurbished 19th century house, which is located only 3 minutes either from the cathedral or from the central market. Everything in the historic centre of Cadiz is within a footwalk distance away from the apartment. The building is located in a pedestrian area and therefore quiet and peaceful. The bedrooms open to a patio of a 18th century convent and are even more quiet. From the roof-top you have a marvelous view over the atlantic ocean.
