這棟小屋建於1926年左右，位於十字湖（Cross Lake），是Lonnie Erwin的家，他在家旁邊有一家鯰魚餐廳。 當年，如果他們抓到足夠的鯰魚供應，從什里夫波特開車上來是很受歡迎的。餐廳在1940年代中期關閉，餐廳和小屋變得破舊不堪。我們翻新了小屋和餐廳（也在Airbnb上名為The Red House on Cross Lake ） ，並將它們更新。
