We will be happy to host you on the ground floor which is dedicated to the B&B. The warm and welcoming rooms have independent entrances and lead onto the garden. Fantastic location between Bologna and Florence, 10' from the motorway exit and 30' from Bologna airport. Don't miss the sunset, even better with a good glass of wine!

Elegant, completely renovated apartment above the famous porticoes of Bologna, recently appointed World Heritage by UNESCO. The space includes a large bathroom and an open-space area with a fully equipped kitchen and a living area with a comfortable bed for two people. During the restoration, frescoes dating back to the 19th century were discovered and are now enhanced by a sophisticated lighting system. The refined décor recalls the Rococo opulence and avant-garde of the 1970s.

Lo stile caldo ed avvolgente degli interni, la vasca a vista ed i dondoli vi faranno vivere un' esperienza unica ed indimenticabile.
