The Old Henhouse is nestled on our family farm in South County Galway. The exterior is charred timber cladding which blends discreetly to the surroundings. You have on site parking, private outdoor sitting area, a compact kitchen with gas hob, fridge. Wood burning stove to provide warmth in the cooler winter evenings. Espresso Coffee machine. Tea, coffee, essential condiments supplied. Extremely comfortable double bed, bathroom, shower/toilet. Constant hot water. Just take a deep breath & relax!

Garden cabin

Welcome to our Scandinavian timber-cladded cabin situated in a quiet rural setting only 6km from Athenry town with its medieval castle, cosy pubs, good restaurants, and shops. Athenry has rail/bus connections with Dublin, Limerick and Galway City. An ideal spot from which to plan your excursions: head west to Galway City (23km); or southwest via Kinvara (24km) to the Burren (43km); and then to the Cliffs of Moher (70km). Or, go east to Loughrea (19km) where there's safe summer lake swimming.

Beautiful timber/stone barn c200 yrs old renovated in 2015 to a high standard, set on an organically/permaculture inspired smallholding in countryside close to historic town Athenry. Featuring a large double bedroom with 4 poster bed, a sleeping loft, suitable for children/young adults. Fully fitted Kitchen. Contemporary Shower room with Compost Toilet. In 2021 we've added a wood-fired sauna and hot/cold shower spa area available for guests on one* night of your stay, subject to arrangement.

The Lodge

Welcome to our luxurious lodge nestled in the West of Ireland where you can relax and unwind in total luxury, enjoy peaceful country walks and yet in 20 minutes you can be in the heart of Galway city where there are numerous restaurants, lively bars and magical street entertainers. Travel time from Shannon and Knock international airports is approximately 1hour. The fantastic Atlantic way is on our door step, with the Cliffs of Moher, Aran Islands and Connemara just a short drive away.

Romantic Hideaway - 1850's Schoolhouse

The Old Schoolhouse was built in 1850, and has been beautifully restored. It's got a long and rich history, dating back to the Irish Famine. My dad went to school here, we lived in it as a family growing up and I wanted to share some of the history of the buildng with visitors. It's been updated with fast (150mb) fiber internet, and it's very cozy and warm. We just added a modern, private workspace outside for remote working - fast internet, private, monitors, great for Zoom calls!

Welcome to our cosy 2 double bedroom chalet located close to the village of Craughwell and 25 minutes from Galway city. Enjoy walks in the country, dinner in a choice of local restaurants, a night on the town or just cosy up up in the comfort of our chalet. Fully eqipped with kitchen and all you need. Located less than an hour from Shannon airport, with free parking this is the ideal location to base yourself while exploring the Wild Atlantic Way, The Burren or Connemara .

Sycamore Cottage, 2 bedroom cottage beside the sea

Sycamore Cottage is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of Killeenaran, fifteen miles from Galway. All ground floor the cottage can sleep four people in two double bedrooms one with an en-suite shower room as well as a family bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen and sitting room with dining area and oil-burning stove. Outside is ample off road parking and a lawned garden with patio and furniture. Ideally a car is necessary when staying at this cottage.

Teach tinteán teolaí

300 year old traditional Irish cottage made from clay and stone. Historical "open house" where people gathered for stories and tunes. Carefully restored using traditional methods. Emerse yourself in nature off the beaten trail. Relax on the sheepskin rugs beside a wood fire. Enjoy a morning or evening sauna. Only 15 minutes to ennis yet remotely situated on a grassy road surrounded by peaceful countryside walks. In the garden you'll find poly tunnels and Orchards.
