Relax in the clawfoot tub after a day of travel or prepare a home-cooked meal in the well equipped kitchen. When morning comes, enjoy your coffee while cozied up in front of the fireplace. Or simply stay in bed and admire the view. With plenty of land to explore, a hike is always welcome. The choice is yours!

Immerse yourself in the quintessential Vermont experience at Storeybrook Farm. This rescue horse sanctuary is located amidst rolling hills, mountain vistas and a tranquil pond. "The Carriage House” is our largest suite with a fully equipped kitchen (stocked upon request), that opens up to a dining area with forest views. The living room features a woodburning fireplace and 2 built in queen bed "bunks". Enjoy sun-soaked pasture views from the main bedroom or while soaking in the clawfoot bathtub.

River Bend Cabins #1 Moose

The Log Cabins are located in Sutton VT, just 6 miles off exit 24 of 91. They are within 10 minutes to Burke Mountain resort and 30 minutes to Willoughby Lake and Crystal Lake. Included in the cabins are a kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a living room, Dinning room, Bathroom, field and fire pit. With the town of Lyndonville just 6 miles away, you will find all your necessities such as groceries, gas, and firewood. We invite you to enjoy a private, relaxing, and adventurous stay in the mountains.

Striking distance to lots of fun stuff. For skimobilers, there's a trail from the cabin that connects with the VAST network.

We have a Wolf, don't be alarmed she is as friendly as can be and will greet you and escort you to the cabin. Once a barn, carefully reconstructed on the owners’ property, and modernized to today’s standards, this post and beam cabin is warm and cosy in winter and cool in summer. Well behaved dogs are very welcome and will enjoy the walks in the woods. Covid vaccinations are required. The owners live in an adjacent house with their very friendly Border Terrier
