This charming space is part of the main house but is blocked off internally for added privacy and features its own private entrance, giving you a nice sense of seclusion. Designed for your comfort, it features a cozy bed and abundant natural light. You’ll also enjoy a modern en-suite bathroom equipped with all the essentials. Our goal is to create a functional and inviting atmosphere, ensuring you feel right at home during your stay.

All cutlery, crockery, pantry. Bidet toilet, shower, washing/dryer machine. Half-way between Brisbane & Gold Coast, 35min to Tamborine Rainforest Skywalk, 20min theme parks, wineries, golf courses. It’s one of the 2 units. 5 minutes drive to Rockea train station but walking distance to bus/ rail bus as Salisbury station closed at the moment. Easy access to Brisbane city center, QEII Hospital, Griffith University . Famous Cafe/ breakfast outlet 200mtrs away, Salisbury hotel(eat &drink) famous Toohey’s forest walk ,tennis court, burger shop , kebab shop nearby. Ample street parking available.

Studio apartment in the heart of Graceville

Graceville is a leafy suburb on the Brisbane River, 10kms from the CBD. There are over 20 cafes and restaurants within a 1.5km radius and many local parks and walking tracks. There is a bus stop right at the front door and it is a 1km flat walk to the Graceville train station. Off street parking is available. Guests must like dogs as I have a German Shepard who likes to interact with guests. Due to shared areas (laundry; covered deck and pool) my place is not suitable for quarantine.
