Mari's house

The house is located in the seaside area of Taormina, Giardini Naxos town. The space is dedicated to my guests mq.100, 40 of which have a terrace on the beach. The house is about one meter higher than the beach. All openings in the house, overlooking the terrace. The result is a bright house with sea view. The apartment has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom with shower. My guests can enjoy the sea at all hours of day and night. The house is equipped with all comforts, including air conditioning, Internet WI-FI and direct access to the sea from the roof terrace which is on the beach. The outdoor terrace is furnished with 2 tables and chairs, loungers and sunshades. The kitchen has a refrigerator with freezer, 4 burner stove, oven and sink. A few steps from home there are many restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco and cash. The proximity to all major highways and communications, make your holiday even more beautiful, you will have the opportunity to visit the most beautiful archaeological sites, tourist and historical sites of Sicily. It 'has a garage for 1 car, in addition to parking inside the residence.

Rifugio SERCLA

Incantevole rifugio immerso nel caratteristico paesaggio di vecchie colate laviche e boschi nel versante est dell' Etna, a quota 900 mt circa, attrezzato per brevi soggiorni per ospitare fino a 4 persone. Contesto ideale per amanti della natura e della tranquillità, nel vulcano più grande d'Europa, ricco di itinerari percorribili a piedi o in mountain bike. Il rifugio è ubicato in pieno percorso della gara di MTB "ETNA MARATHON" . Il rifugio offre piacevoli soggiorni in tutte le stagioni.

L’appartamento è dotato di un ingresso indipendente, situato nel centro storico di Castelmola, ai piedi del Castello di Mola. Dal balcone è possibile ammirare il maestoso monte Etna con il golfo di Naxos. Appena ristrutturato offre ogni comfort (termosifoni, condizionatori, lavatrice, phon etc.): un’intera camera con letto matrimoniale, un ampio bagno dotato di box doccia, un angolo cottura open space ed un angolo dedito al relax con divano letto.

Suite Petra è ideale per due persone, suddivisa su due piani, al piano superiore troviamo la camera da letto con letto alla francese, angolo studio con scrivania, bagno (dotato di doccia, bidet e phon) e piccolo angolo soggiorno con bollitore elettrico per the e tisane. Nel piano inferiore si trova la cucina con televisione, angolo cottura, forno a legna, frigo e fornetto elettrico, e il giardino esterno completo d’arredo.

La casa, al piano rialzato, composta da una camera da letto, un bagno e una cucina con soggiorno. Parcheggio privato nel cortile adiacente. Aria condizionata. NB terrazza condivisa!
