It is located 25 minutes from COTA and a mere 40 minutes to AUS. We are 10 mi. from the BBQ capital of Texas in Lockhart. P-N Ranch is a working cattle ranch on 62 acres. The Bunkhouse has beautiful views of the hay fields and the pecan grove. It has a dock on a huge tank that is stocked with fish. Enjoy the country!

Constructed from a shipping container, the house is located minutes from Lockhart and near the Austin Bergstrom Airport as well as the Circuit of Americas F1 Track! Fully furnished with full HVAC, a comfy bed, stove, fridge, kitchen and a nice, spacious bathroom with a shower. It has a small courtyard outside with a charcoal grill for hanging out. It is conveniently located off of SH130 / Hwy 183. There is legendary BBQ just down the street in Lockhart!
