Walk to the pier, harbor, downtown, restaurants, shops, etc. No service/support animals as the owner has severe allergies.

It's perfectly suited for various occasions and travel needs. This quiet retreat is a 5-10 minute stroll to the Beach, Pier, and Downtown. Coffee and breakfast bites are just outside your door. The kitchenette features a single-burner cooktop and an 8-in-1 bake/air-fryer, ideal for small meals. A signed release waiver is required.

Oceanside studio west of coast highway, 1 block to the restaurants, breweries and shops of Downtown Oceanside, 4 block walk to beautiful Oceanside Beach. Off-street, alley parking for 1 car. This is a 2nd floor studio accessed by a steep flight of stairs (please see picture to ensure staircase will not be a concern). We are also close to the train which can be noisy.
