Get a laugh seeing a recreated outhouse bathroom but with a modern toilet. Enjoy eating on a chuck wagon tabletop. Additionally, sit by an open firepit and make complimentary s'mores all while gazing at the galaxy of stars, watching the wildlife, and viewing our cattle during the day. The Snow Cone cottage

450 square foot Waterfront cabin on lake Claiborne 5 miles from downtown homer la. Fishing/ boat dock located on the property for guest use. There is a community boat launch adjacent to property. There is an additional cabin on the property that sleeps 6 that can be rented separately. This cottage started out as a snow cone stand built in Ruston Louisiana that was moved to Lake Claiborne in 2020 and was stripped down to the studs and turned into a 1 bedroom tiny home.

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

Very quiet and relaxing environment with large back deck that looks over the woods. Only two miles from the downtown Murphy Arts District and a mile or less to 10 places to eat as well as Walmart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max and more.
