Booking rate is for 6 pax but we allow 3 more persons for free (total of 9 pax staying overnight). Guests can accept 3 visitors for a fee but only until 12mn with total headcount of 12 pax; 9 overnight guests & 3 visiting guests till 12:00MN. Surrounded by a couple trees, our tiny home is the perfect place to celebrate small gatherings, spend time with loved ones, or have a cozy night out with friends. We are just in North Caloocan, Metro Manila, so you can still have the luxury of convenience

Antipolo - Secluded

We are located at the end of the road . Your view is not of the city but of trees, bamboos and other plants. Only guests on the reservation are allowed at the home. If you exceed 6 guests, there is an additional fee for each guest staying overnight of P1000. We charge per person who enters the property (even for thirty minutes and not staying overnight) P500 each. Such guests must leave the property at sundown. Guest has to agree to the above charges before renting this home. No pets.

Guest room accommodates 3 persons but the listed price is good for 1 person only. There's extra fee for additional person (half price of first guest). Room is at the back of the house, next to the garden and accessed via driveway. Amenities are the same with that of a hotel room and perfect for layovers or staycation. There is a 7-11 store about 2 kms from village gate. No pick-up service.
